Production Environment

Purpose:  The Production environment is where live, real-time user interactions occur. This is the environment your end-users engage with, and it delivers the full power of PersonaFin’s personalized content and recommendations based on their behavior and real-time data.

Staging Environment

Purpose: Staging mirrors your production setup, providing a safe space for your team to test new updates, features, and integrations without impacting live users.

  • Full replication of production data and settings
  • Ideal for final validation of updates before production deployment
  • Isolated from live user activity

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Purpose: UAT is designed for your clients or their representatives to perform final tests and validations before going live. It allows for real-world simulations with test users.

Development Environment

Purpose: The Development environment is where your teams can freely build, test, and iterate on new features and functionality. It provides the flexibility and freedom to experiment with new ideas without affecting other environments.

  • Completely isolated from production data
  • Flexibility to experiment with personalized features and behavior capture

Sandbox Environment

Purpose: Sandbox offers a completely safe and isolated environment for testing API integrations with mock data. This is where you validate your integration with PersonaFin’s APIs, ensuring your systems are ready for live deployment.

  • Hosted exclusively in North America for test data compliance
  • Secure, encrypted environment for testing without impacting live systems
  • API Integration Across Environments

Each environment integrates seamlessly with the PersonaFin API Suite. Whether you’re in Development, Sandbox, or Staging, your team will have access to the full power of our behavior-driven personalization tools. Data capture keys and API keys are unique to each environment, ensuring that test data is kept separate from live data while offering full access to API functionalities.

Security and Data Privacy

All environments are “walled off” from each other, maintaining the highest standards of encryption in both data transit and storage. Although the Sandbox environment is exclusively hosted in North America, all other environments are deployed in your operational territory to comply with regional data privacy laws.

Usage and Event Quotas

By default, each customer is supplied with a Production and Sandbox environment. Additional environments such as Staging, UAT, or Development can be requested and deployed as needed. Each environment operates on a separate event quota, aligned with PersonaFin’s event-based charging model.

Territorial Deployment

PersonaFin deploys your environments within your region by default, ensuring data remains compliant with territorial standards such as GDPR for the EU or CCPA for the US.
