6. Data Retention & Deletion:

We typically retain personal data for up to 10 years, in line with the policies of financial institutions. Upon request, we’ll delete your personal data promptly, no later than one month.

7. Your Rights and Preferences:
  • Opting Out: Customers can opt out of our personalization and insights service, halting any further
    personalized content delivery. However, unless explicitly requested, we’ll still process customer data for
    our analytics, statistics, and algorithm development.
  • Data Access & Deletions: Requests to view, amend, or remove your stored data with PersonaFin can be
    addressed to us.
8. Age-Related Data Collection:

We don’t intentionally collect data from individuals under 13. Such data will be deleted upon discovery.

9. Third-Party Platforms:

Links to other platforms might be present in our services. We’re not accountable for their privacy practices.
