PersonaFin provides a specialized platform and technology services tailored to each customer’s needs. Users understand that the specific services provided are detailed in individual customer contracts.

  • Customer Content: PersonaFin collects trading activity, web interaction activity, device details, and observed and inferred data as detailed in our privacy policy. All data processed by PersonaFin, termed “Customer Content,” is sourced from integrations with our clients’ operational systems and from user interactions on our digital platforms.
  • Purpose: PersonaFin processes this data to provide personalisation and insights as well as for the
    development and refinement of our proprietary algorithm. Details can be found in our privacy policy.
4. Third-Party Integrations

While PersonaFin may integrate with third-party tools or services, as a data controller, we do not share Customer Content with any third-party entity unless explicitly stated in individual customer contracts.

5. User Obligations

Users of PersonaFin’s platform must ensure that the data they send respects the privacy and rights of individuals concerned. Users should not send data of individuals below 13 years of age.

Any unauthorized or malicious use of the PersonaFin platform may result in immediate suspension or termination of user access.

6. Intellectual Property

All contents, designs, graphics, compilations, software, other assets, and the PersonaFin platform are the
exclusive property of PersonaFin. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination & Breach
  • Breach: Any violation of these Terms or individual customer contracts may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
  • Post-Termination: Data associated with the terminated user will be retained as long as necessary for compliance with applicable laws and regulations before permanent deletion.
8. Dispute Resolution
  • In the event of disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform, parties shall first seek resolution through direct negotiations.
  • If the dispute persists, it shall be subject to mediation, with the location and mediator to be mutually agreed upon.
  • Matters unresolved post-mediation may be escalated to a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimer

PersonaFin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from users’ use or inability to use the platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PersonaFin is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
